2018 Happenings Central

Greetings Campers!

Happenings Crew is very excited from all the interest your ideas are building! If you have never hosted a Happening before and you are registered to attend CFT 2018, please check out our How To Guide in this link: Happening Central 2017

Information for this year:

There are 2 ways to Host a Happening:

 1) Sign Up by July 23rd 2018 (Monday)

Deadline for Happenings Signup: Monday July 23, 2018 @ 6:00PM PDT***

Happening Sign up Link here: https://goo.gl/forms/HMDg1CvzRgz9fXRY2

If you would like us to include your Happening in our official schedule for 2018, please tell us about it using this form. https://goo.gl/forms/HMDg1CvzRgz9fXRY2

While signup is NOT required to host a Happening, doing so will GREATLY assist us with planning, as well as allow us to help you and your event reach the widest audience possible!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are scheduling a SINGLE Happening, or the SAME Happening recurring on multiple days, you only need to fill out this form once. However, if you wish to schedule multiple DIFFERENT Happenings, please fill out this form https://goo.gl/forms/HMDg1CvzRgz9fXRY2 a separate time for EACH unique Happening you plan to host – thank you!

Once we have reviewed your form, a member of CFT Staff will contact you via Forum PM to confirm your event is scheduled, provide you with additional details, and answer any questions you may have asked us on the form.

2) During Camp Sign up

If you feel the urge to have a spontaneous Happening and would like to set something up please find Serefina or Morse at camp! They will be more than happy to get your info on the board, get an announcement to the mass and help provide any other support.

Please Read: We cannot buy any supplies or Host your happening. Please allow at least 3 hours in advance notice and bring your own supplies or have campers bring supplies. Please also be mindful of being ready and present for your Happening at least 10 min before start time for set up.

Live Schedule:

Same as last year we will be using a schedule that uses “camp time.” Time slots are allocated relative to meal times, and will feel quite natural to the relaxed atmosphere present. They exist to make scheduling easier.

Afternoon 1 (Bell + 40)
Afternoon 2 (Bell + 2 hours)
