Has anyone looked into whether or not the wildfire in Deschutes National Forest could close the roads near the campsite?
What wildfire? I can’t find mention of an active one in Deschutes on InciWeb or the Forest Service’s page on Deschutes.

The active ‘Lava’ fire is about 36 miles away from camp. It does not currently appear to pose a danger to us, and shouldn’t affect travel unless you’re coming from that direction.
SO disappointed the Lava fire has nothing to do with actual lava. RAGEQUITS OREGON
