Wee Folk Games and Events(CFT 2026 Happenings Submissions)

Happenings submission post for CFT 2026! Made a little story but instructions for submitting your happening to be on the printed happenings sheet are highlighted and in bullet points below.

Greetings, to all~

You may be worried that you’ve suddenly gotten smaller than you’re used to but I can assure you that all will be well. Though your size has dramatically shifted you shall not go without fun and I am here as your guide for the ways in which fairies, and other kinds of wee folk, enjoy their daily life. After all, one should try to fit in with those around them, should they not?

Whether it’s the fun of fairy ring dancing, flicking dew drops during a crisp early morning, the joy of giving chase in barley-break, or the excitement of a good hurling match, one is sure to find a pleasing way to pass the time and enjoy oneself. Wee folk are also rather curious of games or activities that are had by those much larger in form than those around them.

This is where you can gain favor of fairies and gnomes with unique excitement to tantalize and ensnare their fun seeking nature and mischievous musing. Shall you wish to gain such favor, and possibly invitation to their inner circle, then put forth a most rousing game or activity that will lure in even the most reclusive of beings. I, your friendly fairy fox guide, will do my best to entice as many wee folk as I am able, provided you include me in the fun as well~

Please include these details for what it is that you wish to share. But remember, keep descriptions to a minimum. Attention from wee folk can be fleeting so it’s best to use words to both describe and capture attention quickly.

â—Ź Moniker that has been bestowed upon you(Who is running the happening):

â—Ź The dalliance that you wish to share(Title of happening):

â—Ź A snippet of said dalliance for wee folk to be drawn in by(Short description of happening):

â—Ź And the noise that shall be conjured from the joy being had from 1 to 10 with 10 being the loudest(How much noise do you think your happening will makeLevel

1 sound: reading books with quiet library voice level

Level 5 sound: Normal/excited group conversation, occasional loud yaps

Level 10 sound: Amplified sound/music, ongoing loud voices/shouting/singing):

If you wish to get as many magical and whimsical moments as possible then be quick to share your dalliance with me, your foxy guide, by the gloaming during the final day of your month of May**(Submit happenings by midnight on May 31st)**.

May your new path in this midsummer’s night be lit with fun and mischief,

Xander Frost~

Event: House Cats Dance Party

Host: oCe & House Cats crew

Description: Come shake your tail to live DJ sets featuring beat-driven, four-on-the-floor dance genres like house, disco, trance and techno! Fursuits, costumes of any kind, and glowy/flowy toys are welcome and encouraged. Location: House Cats’ dancefloor, deep in Red Camp

Day/Time: most likely Saturday and Sunday nights, starting sometime after dark (probably around 10PM) and running until late (2AM). Other times TBA, maybe even during the day if we feel like it! Please note: days/times can be subject to change due to weather or other reasons, so be sure to check the whiteboard at our camp for updates.

Noise (1-10): 9 - meaning we’ll definitely be one of the loudest events around. However, we do try to limit our sound system to a comfortable listening volume (max of about 85-90db on the dancefloor, which is 10-20db lower than most typical raves and concerts) to spare your eardums and our own.

Event: Shock Collar Karaoke: Sing Until It Hertz! (Or just regular karaoke, the collar is optional)

There will be group sing-along intermissions every few singers, and we are serving hot drinks while supplies last.

Want to add a little :high_voltage: to your performance? We have 2 remote controlled shock collars on hand. You must bring a friend (or designate a consenting stranger from the crowd) to control the collar via remote while you perform. The collar has 16 adjustable intensity levels and you can pick your own. Come by our camp before the event to test out the intensity levels (if we’re available, no promises).

Consent is mandatory. Talent is optional. Glory is forever.

Each round, players will be presented with two meta tags and must guess which of the two has more associated images on e621 dot net. Points are given for correct answers, and prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Any number of participants may join, but we may start with sudden elimination rounds if the crowd is too large.
