Are you interested in beer but tired of how much IPAs dominate the taps? Looking for something new and flavorful instead of bitter and full of broken dreams? I might have a brew for you! As much as I enjoy beer, I abhor IPAs so I’ve made it a point to seek out a variety of more pleasant alternatives to the over-hopped flavors of IPAs. From stouts to wheats, fruits ales to reds, lagers to blondes, there’s so much more to beer than what’s the most overhyped. I invite you to taste a small selection of beers, mostly local to Oregon, in hopes you can find something to better wet that whistle.
