I’ll be doing my usual Saturday morning routine just north of blue camp in a small clearing by the creek. Feel free to join me for a simple, low impact yoga routine. Around 15-20 minutes of stretching and sunbathing to relax and start off our busy Saturday on the right paw! It’ll be right after breakfast!
Possibility of using the big dance mat, but bring a mat or thick blanket of your own to use as a cushion. The ground is mildly rocky in that spot, but we roughed it last year with decent success!
