Sewing fur would be a good one to teach. Fur is very difficult to sew if you don’t know how to do it properly. I know I wouldn’t mind some tips.
I agree with Davey. Someone could bring in cheap or possibly find free sample swatches of different kinds of faux fur and people could be taught how to sew them cleanly.
Crafts would be very cool, I know Demon did a make your own ears thing last year that went really well.
