Not a personal one, that’s not something we’re set up to do. A couple weeks before the con we open up a selection where you can pick the art on your badge from among the ones contributed by artists like Mara. It then gets printed together.

I mostly do color pencil work but I have a scanner and a laptop can I do something with these or does it have to be digital?
It can be traditional, as long as it fits the provided template!
As Mara said, it’s fine to scan traditional artwork! The template is provided simply to illustrate the way things get cut off.
If you (or anyone else) wants to contribute badge art, please get in touch ASAP. I’d like to put the selection system live no later than this weekend.

If you’re still accepting submissions, I’m going to try to have one up by tonight or tomorrow at the latest. I’m not exactly the most skilled artist, so if it doesn’t meet the standards then it’s okay to leave it out.
